The 38th annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday Observance took place at Arlington Town Hall on January 19th.

The keynote speaker was Jackie Jenkins-Scott and the musical guests were the Peoples Baptist Church male Chorus, directed by Marcia Scott.
