Scholarship Application

The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday Observance Committee of Arlington awards an annual scholarship to honor the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr..

This scholarship is presented to an African American graduating senior from Arlington Public Schools who demonstrates a strong commitment to Dr. King’s values of leadership, service, equity, and social justice.

The award supports a student who has made a positive impact in their school or community and is committed to continuing that work through their future education and endeavors.
